Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and collaboration with the executive team to establish organizational objectives and drive operational strategies across all campuses.
- Oversee operational functions including food service, facilities management, IT, and school safety to ensure effective daily operations.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Collaborate with school leaders to develop and implement standardized systems and processes to foster consistency and alignment across the network.
- Lead and manage significant projects and initiatives, adjusting to the organization’s evolving requirements.
- Offer strategic guidance and support to School Operations Officers (SOOs) in the effective management of daily school operations, including attendance and substitute coordination.
- Manage technology systems and IT support, ensuring optimal functionality of hardware and software for both staff and students.
- Guarantee that school facilities and the central office maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, swiftly addressing service-related issues as they arise.
- Support SOOs in managing student behavior, discipline, and other related matters, aligning with the school’s core values.
- Enforce compliance with operational policies and oversee the development and execution of safety protocols, preparing all individuals for emergency situations.
