Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the comprehensive healthcare needs of our residents are met with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with the Assisted Living Director to oversee staff and maintain high-quality care standards.
• Lead the training and development of staff on assisted living procedures and policies.
• Guarantee compliance with all current regulations related to Assisted Living Licenses.
• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of services, ensuring our residents receive outstanding care.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to enhance the lives of our residents.
• Full-Time position with daytime hours and on-call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
  

Required Skills

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Minnesota, with an active and unrestricted status.
• Previous experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care is preferred.
• A sincere passion for working with seniors and individuals living with dementia.
• Exceptional communication skills with clients, families, staff, and medical professionals.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage various tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
