Key Responsibilities
- Foster and sustain robust relationships with key referral partners.
- Formulate a strategic territory plan that balances current referral partnerships with new business opportunities.
- Oversee the admissions process, converting inquiries into admissions while adhering to monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide education to patients, families, and community members regarding treatment options and best practices.
- Deliver engaging presentations to hospitals, private practices, schools, and other relevant organizations.
- Organize and conduct facility tours and community events to enhance awareness and build referral networks.
- Travel locally to participate in meetings and strengthen community partnerships.
- Support the clinical team with discharge planning, ensuring suitable referrals for continued care.
- Deep understanding of treatment modalities and levels of care.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and self-driven approach to tasks.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, behavioral health sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in mental health or behavioral health is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in marketing and/or outreach is beneficial.
