Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and data collection from public online databases, ensuring to meet a monthly target of owner entries to support the Sales team.
- Facilitate meetings between consumers and the sales team to promote effective communication.
- Manage correspondence by sending out informative mailings to prospective consumers and clients.
- Establish and maintain connections with government agencies, keeping an up-to-date contact list.
- Collaborate with commissioned notaries and licensed attorneys to coordinate client meetings, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Stay abreast of agency regulations and state-specific estate practices to guarantee compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Create and maintain metrics to monitor progress and highlight areas for improvement.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, complemented by a problem-solving mindset.
- Capacity to work autonomously while effectively managing multiple priorities and demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in data research and reporting, with a focus on utilizing data for informed decision-making.

- Compensation is structured at 4% of the funds recovered for each consumer. For instance, a recovery of \(20,000 for a consumer would yield \)800 in compensation. Please note that the recovery process typically spans 6-12 months, and we require a minimum six-month commitment for optimal results.
- Comprehensive training will be provided through various formats including .pdf, video, and in-person sessions to ensure your success in this role.
- You will need to provide your own computer, phone, and internet access, with the requirement that your personal computer must have Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 or a more recent version supporting MS Word and MS Excel.
