Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and orchestrate the sales processes and expectations throughout all dealerships.
- Collaborate with General Managers to strategize, implement, and organize the Sales Department's activities, ensuring the achievement of performance metrics, including budgetary goals for profit margins and customer satisfaction.
- Inspire and guide the RV sales team to consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Devise and execute strategies for inventory optimization, pricing adjustments, and effective merchandising.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and craft sales plans aimed at meeting targets.
- Establish quarterly and annual sales objectives, motivating teams to attain them.
- Partner with finance and executive teams to formulate budgets and financial strategies for sales initiatives.
- Monitor budgetary expenditures, ensuring resource allocation optimizes return on investment.
- Manage daily departmental operations while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and corporate policies.
