Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Director of Sales to spearhead our corporate sales initiatives within the RV dealership sector. This leadership role is essential in steering revenue growth and refining customer experiences across our sales network. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in RV sales, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage diverse sales locations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and orchestrate the sales processes and expectations throughout all dealerships.
  • Collaborate with General Managers to strategize, implement, and organize the Sales Department's activities, ensuring the achievement of performance metrics, including budgetary goals for profit margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspire and guide the RV sales team to consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.
  • Devise and execute strategies for inventory optimization, pricing adjustments, and effective merchandising.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and craft sales plans aimed at meeting targets.
  • Establish quarterly and annual sales objectives, motivating teams to attain them.
  • Partner with finance and executive teams to formulate budgets and financial strategies for sales initiatives.
  • Monitor budgetary expenditures, ensuring resource allocation optimizes return on investment.
  • Manage daily departmental operations while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and corporate policies.
  • Foster collaboration with various departments and partners to enhance overall business success.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit RV dealership management experience, as well as proficiency in sales and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving consistent sales growth in RV sales management.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Customer-centric approach with a dedication to excellence.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a focus on accountability.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in multi-unit RV dealership management and sales.
