Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering incoming calls and addressing inquiries
  • Perform filing and other general office administrative tasks
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Assist with billing and related financial duties

Required Skills

  • Proficient data entry abilities with a strong numerical understanding
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Superior verbal communication skills complemented by a friendly and professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative or customer service positions
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or administration is a plus
  • Familiarity with accounting principles is advantageous
