- Modify or cancel orders as needed based on customer requests.
- Verify accuracy of customer account details.
- Provide exemplary vendor support and client services.
- Efficiently handle purchase orders and work orders.
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes; prior experience is a plus.
- Manage high-volume data entry tasks.
- Support the Sales and Purchasing teams with various administrative duties.
