Key Responsibilities
In The Capacity Of Assistant Director, You Will Receive Comprehensive Training And Resources To Assist The School Director In Various Essential Functions
- Talent Attraction & Development: Identify and recruit exceptional talent while supporting team growth through effective training and ongoing mentorship.
- Community Building: Foster a welcoming school atmosphere that draws in new families and promotes enduring, positive relationships.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Childcare Operations Management: Supervise daily childcare operations, covering scheduling, financial oversight, and meticulous record-keeping to guarantee smooth functionality.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding experiences for families, including engaging and informative school tours, while maintaining open lines of communication for parent meetings, inquiries, and feedback.
- New Initiatives Support: Actively engage in the execution and leadership of innovative company initiatives designed to enrich the school community.
- Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Bronze Director Credential through Oklahoma's CECPD (or a similar credential in other states).
- Qualification as a Master Teacher, or equivalent certifications such as Preschool Lead Teacher, Infant Toddler, or School Age certification.
- Prior experience in childcare management is preferred.
- Business or accounting experience is considered an asset.
