Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Managing Director to spearhead growth initiatives across a designated region and/or division. In this pivotal leadership position, you will be accountable for the operational excellence of our recruiting and client service teams. Your role will encompass the cultivation of strategic client partnerships, oversight of team performance, and the delivery of outstanding outcomes that support our organization’s growth aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute revenue and staffing growth through effective management, refined processes, and ongoing staff development.
  • Partner in crafting a regional business expansion strategy that aligns with the organization's overarching objectives.
  • Supervise team leaders and coordinate efforts of recruiting and client solutions teams to ensure high performance and cultural synergy.
  • Enhance internal workflows to optimize efficiency and achieve business objectives, which includes conducting regular team meetings and performance assessments.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at improving divisional financial health based on data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a key resource for recruiting and client services teams, promoting seamless communication and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
  • Support internal hiring processes and assist in the onboarding of new hires.
  • Communicate performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities effectively with senior leadership.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably in a leadership capacity.
