Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead initiatives to ensure the financial viability of the theatre by actively engaging with donors, sponsors, and leading fundraising efforts.
  • Manage the theatre's daily operations, encompassing facility upkeep, scheduling, and staff management.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory standards, including tax compliance and safety regulations.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive workplace by providing leadership to staff and serving as a source of support and feedback.
  • Coordinate volunteer activities, ensuring a welcoming and appreciative environment for all participants.
  • Promote a culture of transparency and innovation within daily activities, fostering a harmonious work atmosphere.
  • Collaborate closely with the artistic director to synchronize organizational objectives and refine strategic plans.
