This essential initiative provides a myriad of support services, including counseling, therapeutic interventions, and assistance for children, adolescents, and families navigating various challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and direction for over 17 Children & Families Services programs, ensuring excellence in service delivery and program effectiveness.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and assessment of programs to ensure they adequately address the needs of children and families.
- Supervise and mentor a passionate team of professionals, providing guidance and clinical oversight as necessary.
- Effectively manage program budgets and resources, ensuring sustainability and appropriate allocation.
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to amplify the program’s impact and cultivate a supportive network.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to uphold the program’s integrity and effectiveness.
- In-depth understanding of child and family development, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices.
- Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team with effectiveness and empathy.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- A Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling).
- Required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
- Preferred: Current certification or eligibility to provide supervision hours toward clinical licensure.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position within a children and families services framework.
