Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the clinic, ensuring optimal daily functionality.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to clinic personnel, cultivating a collaborative and effective work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with community stakeholders, including social services, health departments, and law enforcement.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting for payroll, supplies, and operational expenses.
- Administer financial transactions, including daily cash handling and management of methadone/suboxone inventories.
- Ensure proper licensing and credentialing for all clinical personnel, including counselors, nurses, and physicians.
- Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure adherence to accreditation standards and regulatory obligations.
- Actively engage in audits and accreditation processes, championing excellence in service delivery.
- Organize staff meetings, promote training opportunities, and support initiatives for professional development.
- Strong leadership capabilities paired with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in addiction counseling and supervising a team is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in clinical care services for individuals with substance use disorders, alongside 3 years of administrative or supervisory experience in a human services context.
- Must possess a valid LPC, LCP, LCSW, LMFT, or RN license in the state of Virginia.
