Key Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with essential stakeholders in government entities, especially within the Federal Civilian landscape (e.g., IRS, DHS, GSA, DOC).
- Act as the primary liaison for executive-level relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and the attainment of project goals while nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the effective delivery of programs, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to established timelines and project milestones, with regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
- Direct the implementation of governance frameworks and integrated service management systems to ensure compliance, risk management, and optimal project delivery.
- Guarantee the seamless integration of technological solutions into service delivery, while identifying opportunities to enhance existing technical assets within broader offerings and working alongside product teams to promote innovation and growth.
- Manage the financial performance of programs and portfolios, aligning with organizational financial targets while collaborating with leadership to set annual benchmarks and conduct performance evaluations.
- Partner with business development leaders to drive growth objectives within the designated portfolio, aiming for a 10% annual increase, and actively participate in the proposal and capture process.
