Job Overview

We are in search of a seasoned International Operations Director who will be instrumental in leading and managing the operational requirements of our international teams. This pivotal role is essential in developing and sustaining robust systems that resonate with our mission of mobilizing churches and leaders to reach unreached people groups globally. As the International Operations Director, you will supervise both United States-based and international teams, ensuring seamless operations that underpin our global mobilization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the international operations department, cultivating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Oversee all aspects of international operations, ensuring that necessary systems and structures are established to meet the evolving demands of international mobilization.
• Collaborate with international teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Manage operational budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenditures.
• Partner with Human Resources to facilitate the recruitment, onboarding, and benefits management of international staff.
• Spearhead crisis management efforts within international mobilization, developing and executing crisis response strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with the International Director regarding operational matters and foster alignment with the CFO and COO across departments.
• Engage with mission agencies and organizations to enhance operational effectiveness and share best practices.
