Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a progressive IT strategy that aligns with business objectives and is adaptable for future development.
- Act as a trusted consultant to the executive leadership team, providing valuable insights and recommendations on technology utilization for business enhancement.
- Lead the establishment of IT governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to company policies, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage all IT operations, encompassing infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, third-party vendors, and telecommunications, to guarantee maximum reliability and efficiency.
- Supervise resource allocation, budgeting, and performance assessment to meet current and prospective technology demands.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate IT effectiveness and report findings to the CFO and executive leadership regularly.
- Cultivate a high-performing IT team, promoting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and ongoing improvement, including recruitment, training, and professional growth initiatives.
- Assess, select, and implement cutting-edge technologies that refine business processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential competitive advantages.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive cybersecurity and data protection strategies to secure critical assets and customer information.
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity efforts to minimize risks and maintain organizational resilience.
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units, working with department heads to ascertain technology needs, align priorities, and support the adoption of productivity-enhancing tools.
- Strong acumen in IT governance, infrastructure, and emerging technology trends.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale IT projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with systems and platforms such as Syteline, Power BI, Salesforce, SQL, etc.
- Detail-oriented, possessing exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- A solid focus on strategic thinking, execution, and fostering innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in strategic positions.

- Compensation: \(150,000 to \)180,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
