Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the provision of quality, compassionate, and timely medical care for all clients.
- Ensure effective coordination of client care across medical and clinical departments, involving the utilization review team, external healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
- Manage all facets of medication inventory and documentation, including logs, authorizations, lab shipments, and reports.
- Supervise nursing and medical support personnel, which encompasses interviewing, onboarding, training, retention, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain optimal medical workflow by conducting regular assessments of protocols and operational processes.
- Ensure the precision of medical documentation through weekly chart reviews.
- A valid RN licensure in the state or a compact licensure with multistate privileges (BSN preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong critical thinking capabilities.
- Proven collaborative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Natural leadership qualities and a dedication to excellence in patient care.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the substance use treatment field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
