- In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations, including compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payers.
- Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA regulations, along with billing and coding requirements (including ICD-10).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing multi-site healthcare facilities.
- A clinical degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy is required.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in clinical practice and director-level responsibilities is essential.
