Job Overview

As the Education Services Director, you will be pivotal in architecting, implementing, and overseeing educational initiatives aimed at enhancing the capabilities of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and refine educational programs tailored for healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, technicians, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with various educational teams to craft pertinent training content.
• Design comprehensive curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and educational resources aligned with the specific requirements of healthcare professionals.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Supervise the delivery of educational and orientation programs, ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure all educational offerings meet regulatory stipulations and industry benchmarks.
• Recruit, train, and guide instructional staff, equipping them with the essential tools for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, Training and Development, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered). A Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in developing educational programs.
• Extensive experience in curriculum design and program management, preferably in a healthcare or medical education setting.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders.
