Key Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the department, focusing on resource allocation and project scheduling.
• Achieve departmental billability objectives (target of 82.5%).
• Manage recruitment, staffing, and training processes to cultivate a high-performing engineering team.
• Create a positive and safe work environment that fosters employee well-being and morale.
• Collaborate on department sales and marketing strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Articulate and implement the department’s growth strategy and vision in alignment with management objectives.
• Supervise project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development and skill enhancement.
• Assume the role of project lead or manager as necessary, overseeing technical design and execution.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
