Key Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the department, focusing on resource allocation and project scheduling.
- Achieve departmental billability objectives (target of 82.5%).
- Manage recruitment, staffing, and training processes to cultivate a high-performing engineering team.
- Create a positive and safe work environment that fosters employee well-being and morale.
- Collaborate on department sales and marketing strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Articulate and implement the department’s growth strategy and vision in alignment with management objectives.
