Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the implementation of data-informed decision-making and performance monitoring across the organization.
- Promote a culture characterized by curiosity, innovation, and accountability at every organizational level.
- Collaborate on establishing organizational priorities and assessing progress towards long-term objectives.
- Partner in the formulation of strategic plans to ensure adherence to performance targets.
- Design and oversee frameworks for evaluating program efficiency, outcomes, and compliance with grant deliverables.
- Utilize data to ensure grant compliance, improve program effectiveness, and identify innovative opportunities.
- Assist teams in compiling and interpreting key performance data concerned with client outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely reporting to essential stakeholders, including leadership, funding bodies, and monitoring organizations.
- Identify operational performance gaps and opportunities for enhancement, implementing improvement strategies.
- Facilitate creative problem-solving and process redesigns with program teams utilizing established methodologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine program outcomes and operational efficiencies.
- Assist in the ongoing cultivation of a performance-oriented culture and undertake additional duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, as well as Adobe Pro and familiarity with EHRs such as SAMMS and CIS.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing regulations and management of compliance requirements across teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in performance management, process improvement, or grant management within the human services domain.
- Willingness to travel to various offices within the Chicagoland area.
- Ability to pass background checks (DHS, DCFS, and Healthcare Workers Registry).
- Possession of a valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance is required.
