- Monitor progress towards set performance objectives on a regular basis.
- Interview and recruit qualified personnel to attract high-caliber talent.
- Facilitate staff development through comprehensive orientation, in-service training, and continuous education opportunities.
- Supervise staff during service hours to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with supervisors in regular meetings and participate in regional gatherings as necessary.
- Partner with the Nursing Director to conduct intake assessments with new clients and their families.
- Engage in weekly meetings to prepare for the onboarding of new patients.
- Oversee client satisfaction surveys and implement necessary enhancements based on feedback.
- Address any incidents that may arise, working diligently towards effective resolutions.
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at fostering branch growth and enhancing service quality.
- Regularly evaluate financial reports and performance data to identify areas for improvement and track productivity.

- Maintain branch compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
