Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal commitments, appointments, and errands for the CEO.
- Oversee bill payments, travel logistics, and household arrangements.
- Assist in organizing personal events and engagements.
- Maintain accurate financial recordkeeping related to banking and compliance.
- Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, ensuring effective scheduling of meetings.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, podcast tours, and speaking engagements.
- Draft and manage professional communications, including emails and correspondence.
- Maintain organized files, documents, and records.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare materials for meetings and events, including presentations and reports.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, along with project management and CRM tools.
- A proactive problem-solving approach with a positive attitude.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Personal/Executive Assistant role or similar capacity.
- Familiarity with personal finance management is advantageous.
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or sales is highly desirable.
