Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level administrative assistance to the CFO and Finance Department.
- Aid in the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor expenditures and pinpoint potential areas for cost-saving initiatives.
- Guarantee compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Reconcile financial accounts and assist with data entry responsibilities.
- Prepare financial documents, invoices, and journal entries.
- Analyze discrepancies in account reconciliations and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Provide exemplary internal and external customer service on behalf of the CFO.
