Job Overview

Join a distinguished family-owned enterprise with nearly three decades of excellence in managing park concessions as the Director of Finance and Administration. This pivotal role directly reports to the CFO and encompasses the oversight of key operations, including insurance, treasury, licensing, permitting, and fleet management. Your contributions will be critical in ensuring the financial stability and operational efficiency of the organization across diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee insurance programs, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and risk mitigation.
  • Supervise treasury operations, implementing effective cash flow management and liquidity strategies.
  • Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of necessary licenses and permits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead a team in the management of the company's fleet operations, focusing on cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasting resource requirements and monitoring expenditures.
  • Mentor and guide a team responsible for finance and administrative functions, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by excellent decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial software.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance principles, treasury operations, licensing and permitting regulations, and best practices in fleet management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and administration, with specific expertise in insurance, treasury, licensing, and fleet management.
  • Preferred background in concessionaire services or a related industry.
