- Supervise key departments, including IT, Finance, Central Supply, Revenue Cycle, and Patient Access.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to spearhead strategic financial initiatives that align with the organization's goals.
- Formulate and execute financial policies that enhance operational efficiency and promote growth.
- Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
