- Administer the operating budget, conduct periodic forecasts, and analyze revenue projections and key performance indicators.
- Create and sustain financial models that facilitate informed business choices.
- Evaluate financial statements and provide detailed variance explanations in relation to budgets, forecasts, and historical data.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey financial insights effectively.
- Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of data warehousing and SQL for reporting preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required; CPA or MBA is preferred.
- 5-10 years of progressive financial experience, including roles that involve supervision.
- Experience within the healthcare sector and knowledge of public company and private equity environments is a plus.
