Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the entire lifecycle of funds, encompassing capital calls, distributions, and commitment tracking.
- Manage the creation, review, and reconciliation of essential fund documentation, including assignments, transfers, and NAV tracking.
- Coordinate with third-party fund administrators to guarantee precise and efficient fund management.
- Facilitate the preparation and review of financial statements, PCAPs, and quarterly or annual reports.
- Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of K-1s and related tax documents for both domestic and international investors.
- Profound understanding of fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to navigate high-pressure situations effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with fund management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline (CFA, MBA, or CPA designation is preferred).
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, or a similar capacity within real estate, private equity, or asset management.
- In-depth expertise in Feeder/Blocker fund structures and experience catering to foreign investor requirements.
- Practical experience collaborating with third-party fund administrators and financial platforms.
