Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to grasp the company's strategic vision and execute tailored operational plans that align with business objectives.
- Administer daily store operations, ensuring adherence to standards in guest service, financial performance, health and safety, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the store's management team, fostering collaboration across various departments including Restaurants, Retail, Quick Service, Culinary, and Facilities.
- Formulate and oversee the store's operational budget, employing cost control measures while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate ongoing improvements in store operations.
- Partner with departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources to achieve organizational goals and maintain open communication regarding performance and strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison for store-related matters, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and actively engaging with the local community.
- Collaborate with Human Resources in recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff development to inspire a motivated team culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, motivational, and team-building capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and business management skills.
- Experience in food and beverage operations, particularly within the Italian cuisine sector, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail or restaurant setting.
