Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Account Executives to identify and qualify target accounts, concentrating on key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute tailored action plans for each account, integrating insights from relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain ongoing communication with all pertinent teams regarding the progress and status of accounts throughout the business cycle.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with industry partners such as associations, contractors, architects, designers, property managers, and owners to create opportunities within target accounts.
- Spearhead the establishment of new annuity accounts and focus on augmenting the value of existing accounts through effective contract management and service/product initiatives.
- Keep abreast of competitive landscapes and market trends, understanding the competitive advantages and challenges inherent in the market.
- Engage in industry events, trade shows, and other activities to foster relationships and support business development.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills.
- Proven capacity to develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of marketplace dynamics, including relationships with dealers, contractors, developers, and property owners.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate business development, specifically in engaging with end-use customers.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
