We are in search of a committed and skilled Clinical Manager to lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and CMAs. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical personnel across several clinic locations.
• Manage personnel schedules, timecards, and guarantee sufficient staffing coverage.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new team members.
• Provide mentorship and create professional development opportunities for the staff.
• Identify and introduce process enhancements to boost operational efficiency and patient care.
• Oversee clinical workflows, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Engage in Quality Improvement initiatives and present recommendations grounded in data analysis.
• Supervise medical supply inventory and manage ordering processes.
• Establish performance objectives and deliver regular feedback to team members.
• Conduct performance assessments and implement individualized development plans.
• Facilitate staff meetings, committees, and training sessions to promote team engagement.
• Ensure that clinical operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor compliance documentation and relay findings to leadership.
• Act as a liaison between clinical teams and senior leadership to foster effective communication and policy implementation.

Qualifications
