Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical personnel across several clinic locations.
- Manage personnel schedules, timecards, and guarantee sufficient staffing coverage.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new team members.
- Provide mentorship and create professional development opportunities for the staff.
- Identify and introduce process enhancements to boost operational efficiency and patient care.
- Oversee clinical workflows, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Engage in Quality Improvement initiatives and present recommendations grounded in data analysis.
- Supervise medical supply inventory and manage ordering processes.
- Establish performance objectives and deliver regular feedback to team members.
- Conduct performance assessments and implement individualized development plans.
