Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and empower clinical staff in providing exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
- Establish and implement quarterly goals and strategies for team enhancement.
- Ensure the highest standards of clinical outcomes, meticulous documentation, and superior customer satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical reviews and offer expert guidance on patient care practices and documentation.
- Oversee and support the Patient Service Coordinator in managing administrative duties for your team.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment centered on accountability, professional growth, and patient-focused care.
- In-depth understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs of elderly, disabled, and terminally ill patients.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other relevant funding sources in the home healthcare sector.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in using computer systems, including email, internet, HR services, and online training platforms.
- Familiarity with accrediting standards and regulations related to home health services.
- Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance are mandatory.
- Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with an accredited Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree or higher will be prioritized.
- Licensure/Certifications: Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia, along with a valid CPR certification and Driver’s License.
- Experience: A minimum of one to two years in home healthcare, or three to five years as an RN Field Nurse with aspirations to transition into a managerial role.
