We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a House Supervisor at OMC, Jeff Hwy. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary resource for nursing staff, facilitating seamless patient care delivery.
• Conduct regular rounds throughout shifts to identify and resolve any administrative issues that arise.
• Provide effective leadership and supervision to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace.
• Deliver patient care tailored to individual physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety requirements.
• Adapt communication style to appropriately address the needs of diverse patient populations.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and accreditation standards to ensure compliance with all relevant policies.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in computer operations and data entry, particularly in Windows-based applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting information in a professional manner.

• Ability to work efficiently both within a team and independently as necessary.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Required: Registered Nurse (RN) diploma.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Experience:
• Required: A minimum of 3 years in acute care settings.
• Preferred: Experience in critical care or as a charge nurse.
• Certifications:
• Required: Current RN license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification.
