Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, assess, and negotiate auto casualty claims, encompassing personal, commercial, and farm-related exposures.
- Manage bodily injury and property damage claims, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Document detailed recorded statements and identify potential fraudulent claims.
- Analyze and interpret contracts to establish accurate case reserves.
- Foster professional and empathetic communication with policyholders, claimants, and agents through various channels.
- Collaborate effectively with field staff, independent adjusters, and industry specialists.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid considerations in claims management is advantageous.
- Experience in auto body estimating is a plus.
- Must hold a valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in auto claims (preferred).
- Proven track record in managing bodily injury and property damage claims (preferred).
- Experience in jurisdictions such as IN, IL, or OH is preferred.
