- Direct and oversee all stages of project execution, from contract initiation to final delivery to the client.
- Formulate and present a comprehensive execution strategy for management approval.
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.

- Coordinate the assessment of scope of work, contract specifics, specifications, and client documentation.
- Create, maintain, and update project schedules to track progress against milestones.
