Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to the IT department, guiding all technology-related initiatives across the organization.
• Formulate and execute a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with long-term company objectives and business ambitions.
• Advise executive leadership on IT investments for informed decision-making.
• Oversee the design and management of scalable data systems to meet operational and growth needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to harness data analytics for enhanced value and strategic insight.
• Introduce AI and emerging technologies to streamline operations and personalize customer interactions.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
• Direct implementation and oversight of integrated IT systems, including platforms such as Azure, CRM, ERP, and Shopify.

• Ensure robust management of daily IT operations, including network support and security protocols across a distributed workforce.

• Familiarity with cloud technology and infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
