Position Title: Director of Information Technology

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring best practices in scalability and efficiency.
• Inspire and guide a high-performing IT team by offering clear direction and support.
• Act as the primary IT contact to guarantee seamless technology support for executive meetings and presentations.
• Design, document, and execute technical solutions, encompassing scheduling, testing, installation, and user training.
• Establish and enforce hardware and software standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to define desktop configurations for both Windows and Mac environments.
• Manage IT assets, including vital spare parts and equipment, to ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee IT needs for employee onboarding, position transitions, and terminations, including equipment setup and user training.
• Implement and manage a ticketing system to monitor and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Coordinate vendor repair and maintenance activities to guarantee service quality and functionality.
• Develop cost-effective standards for equipment and purchasing while nurturing vendor relationships.
• Supervise desktop imaging processes for the swift deployment of new user devices.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Hands-on proficiency with mobile devices and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Expertise in network and LAN/WLAN technologies, including TCP/IP, VLAN, wireless concepts, and firewall management.
• Solid skills in Active Directory administration and management of Windows/Linux/Mac server operating systems.
• Familiarity with third-party software and tools such as Telestream Vantage, WideOrbit, and SQL databases.
• Experience with audio-visual systems and professional AV platforms, video conferencing, and streaming solutions.
• In-depth understanding of authentication management, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP networking principles.
• Proficient in managing IT systems, including storage solutions and remote support tools.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of enterprise-level IT experience is required.
• At least 8 years of experience in a corporate environment with a user base exceeding 100.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant certifications (A , Microsoft, Cisco) are advantageous.
