Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to assist attorneys in case preparation.
- Organize and maintain legal documents with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and communicating messages promptly.
- Manage attorneys’ calendars by scheduling appointments, court dates, and various meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and depositions.
- Input and maintain data in case management software, legal databases, and spreadsheets.
- Organize both physical and digital files systematically.
- Assist in tracking billable hours and expenses, as well as preparing invoices and maintaining precise records.
- Support the new client intake process to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Exceptional organizational skills paired with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in legal software, case management systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
