Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Account Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful and impactful interactions for both internal and external stakeholders. As a key member of our newly integrated department, you will collaborate closely across various teams to cultivate enduring, strategic relationships with clients. Your role will extend beyond problem-solving; you will serve as a solutions expert, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support throughout their engagement with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize the retention of existing contract customers, promote growth within this segment, and proactively identify at-risk clients to mitigate churn.
  • Apply the Balanced Scorecard principles to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with the Client Concierge Manager to ensure that team members possess the skills and knowledge required for exceptional service, guaranteeing seamless transitions for new accounts.
  • Oversee customer service operations to ensure effective service delivery while upholding contract stipulations.
  • Manage Help Desk functions and coordinate a team email inbox to support specific departmental tasks.
  • Lead new contract implementations, collaborating closely with the team to optimize service delivery and lay the groundwork for fruitful client interactions.
  • Segment the customer base and develop a structured outbound call schedule to nurture and reinforce relationships.
