- Partner with the Client Concierge Manager to ensure that team members possess the skills and knowledge required for exceptional service, guaranteeing seamless transitions for new accounts.
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure effective service delivery while upholding contract stipulations.
- Manage Help Desk functions and coordinate a team email inbox to support specific departmental tasks.
- Lead new contract implementations, collaborating closely with the team to optimize service delivery and lay the groundwork for fruitful client interactions.
- Segment the customer base and develop a structured outbound call schedule to nurture and reinforce relationships.
