Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to spearhead and nurture a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs). This role is tailored for a compassionate leader who excels in a fast-paced clinical environment and possesses a genuine passion for mentoring staff, enhancing workflows, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise clinical personnel across several clinic locations.
  • Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, and ensure sufficient staffing levels.
  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training processes for new hires.
  • Offer guidance and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Identify and execute process improvements to optimize efficiency and elevate patient care.
  • Oversee clinical workflow management, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Engage in Quality Improvement initiatives and present recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies.
  • Establish performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback to staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement developmental strategies.
  • Facilitate staff meetings, committees, and training sessions to boost team engagement.
  • Ensure clinical operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Monitor compliance records and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical teams and senior management to enhance communication and policy implementation.

Qualifications

  • An active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
