Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, consistently delivering value and addressing their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to devise and implement strategic recommendations that enhance clients’ marketing outcomes.
  • Develop, oversee, and execute tailored client strategies, ensuring they are effectively implemented and adjusted as necessary.
  • Conduct SWOT analyses for clients engaged in a Marketing Action Plan to inform strategic decisions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring alignment of services with their objectives.
  • Proactively resolve client issues, advocating for their interests while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Identify and present opportunities for additional services or upselling to clients as appropriate.
  • Solicit and analyze client feedback to drive service enhancements and elevate satisfaction levels.
  • Utilize software tools for research, presentations, and evaluation of media campaigns.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster collaboration across various departments, contributing to a positive and engaging work culture.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
  • Be flexible in your work approach, including occasional after-hours commitments to meet client needs.
  • Exhibit exceptional writing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Stay informed of market trends and consumer behaviors to guide strategy development.
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute media plans, oversee budget management, and track expenditures.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
