Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Associate and Licensed providers in a hybrid telehealth and outpatient setting.
- Ensure the delivery of mental health services adheres to ethical standards, professional guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of client documentation, including intake forms, assessments, interventions, and treatment plans.
- Develop and uphold quality assurance frameworks and performance metrics to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to manage billing operations and ensure compliance with local and state regulations, including HIPAA requirements.
- Engage in the recruitment and selection process for clinical and administrative personnel.
- Analyze and assess program performance metrics for ongoing professional development and program refinement.
- Partner with internal teams and external organizations to expand training and development avenues for staff.
- Participate in case conferences to bolster client care and support staff growth.
- Manage a caseload of up to 15 clients weekly, utilizing both in-person and telehealth sessions.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of two years in clinical management and supervisory roles.
- Profound understanding of Georgia's mental health clinic regulations and billing practices.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation systems is essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
