Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage clinical and administrative operations for Associate and Licensed providers in a hybrid outpatient and telehealth program.
- Provide clinical supervision to facilitate patient assessment, care coordination, and treatment strategy formulation.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance evaluations of client records, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute and uphold performance data and quality assurance frameworks.
- Support billing processes and guarantee compliance with local and state regulations, including HIPAA and mandated reporting.
- Engage in the recruitment process for clinical and administrative personnel.
- Establish, assess, and enhance program performance metrics to foster professional growth.
- Partner with internal teams and external organizations to pinpoint and advocate for staff training opportunities.
- Facilitate monthly in-person group supervision sessions.
- Deliver direct care to approximately 15 clients weekly through a combination of in-office and telehealth engagements.
- Partake in case conferences and assist with additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- At least two years of clinical management and supervisory experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Georgia’s mental health regulations and billing practices.
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with referral sources, local government entities, and community collaborators.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- High standards of professional and personal integrity.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is desirable but not obligatory.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
