Key Responsibilities
- Sales Proposal Coordination: Oversee and manage the sales proposal lifecycle, including the development of quotes and detailed project proposals.
- Creative Strategy Input: Contribute innovative ideas to bid strategies and sales initiatives.
- CRM Management: Leverage HubSpot CRM to monitor sales activities, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of company performance.
- Reporting: Create and deliver insightful sales reports and presentations tailored for diverse stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales, Operations, and Marketing & Product Management teams to refine proposal templates, client presentations, and internal processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience interacting across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Competence in financial modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, or program management.
- Experience in the solar industry, particularly with project developers, project owners, EPCs, or IPPs, is preferred.
