Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a focused team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve ambitious lead generation and demonstration targets.
- Provide essential training, tools, and strategic guidance to empower team members for success.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to align team efforts with overarching demand generation objectives.
- Design and execute comprehensive multi-channel campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market clients via email, social media, webinars, and events.
- Assume ownership of and optimize the sales funnel, enhancing lead generation processes and driving traffic.
- Collaborate effectively with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment of campaign strategies with revenue goals.
- Refine website funnels, landing pages, and calls to action to maximize conversion rates.
- Contribute to local media and public relations initiatives in emerging markets to enhance brand presence.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets to boost brand recognition and promote market success stories.
- Generate press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content to position our organization as an industry innovator.
- Spearhead initiatives to increase brand awareness in new markets, identifying opportunities to showcase the organization at industry events and through strategic partnerships.
- Utilize both digital and traditional channels to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and team activities, employing data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Manage the demand generation budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- 4 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or related roles, preferably within SaaS or renewable energy industries.
- Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing BDR or SDR teams.
- Proficiency in outbound marketing and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Familiarity with public relations and media strategies, including launching multi-regional campaigns.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- A background in the energy, proptech, or clean-tech sectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Pardot and Salesforce Sales Engagement is an advantage.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- A data-driven mindset complemented by a creative problem-solving approach.
- Experience in leveraging AI and language models in workflows is a plus.

- Competitive salary range: \(80,000-\)105,000, along with performance-based bonuses.
