Position Overview

As an Electrical Group Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a talented group of engineers on impactful projects. This position offers the chance to lead significant initiatives while ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead proposal efforts for new projects, delineating scope, work, and budget.
• Review and refine electrical department standards and specifications to ensure excellence.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control throughout all phases of design and project execution.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to electrical group members, facilitating constructive performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to evaluate project staffing needs effectively.
• Ensure the financial and technical success of projects while maintaining outstanding client satisfaction.
• Act as a subject matter expert in technical discussions and represent the firm at client meetings and conferences.

Qualifications
