Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the implementation of data-informed decision-making and performance oversight throughout the organization.
- Promote an atmosphere of curiosity, innovation, and accountability at all organizational levels.
- Assist in defining strategic priorities and measuring progress towards long-term objectives.
- Collaborate in the creation of strategic plans to align with performance targets.
- Develop and oversee frameworks to assess program effectiveness, outcomes, and grant compliance.
- Employ data to evaluate grant adherence, enhance program efficiency, and uncover avenues for innovation.
- Support teams in the analysis and reporting of key performance metrics related to client outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely communications with key stakeholders, including leadership, funders, and monitoring entities.
- Identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance performance.
- Facilitate creative problem-solving and process redesigns alongside program teams using established methodologies.
- Remain informed on industry developments and best practices to continuously elevate program outcomes.
- Assist program teams in implementing corrective actions and monitor the effectiveness of those measures.
- Contribute to the ongoing establishment of a performance culture and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Adobe Pro, and familiarity with EHRs such as SAMMS and CIS.
- Ability to swiftly adapt to new regulations and manage compliance across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in performance management, process improvement, or grant management in human services.
- Willingness to travel to various offices across the Chicagoland area.
- Ability to pass background checks (DHS, DCFS, and Healthcare Workers Registry).
- Valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance are required.
