• Develop ad-hoc financial reports and support the preparation of management presentations.
• Lead a team of financial analysts to ensure prompt deposit processing, property tax payments, and utility expenditures.
• Uphold compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and accounting best practices.
• Provide analytical support to optimize operational efficiencies and uncover cost-saving opportunities.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline (or equivalent real-world experience).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or accounting roles.
