Job Overview

We are in search of a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to spearhead our expanding team. This role is tailored for individuals who are deeply passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and driving impactful HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facets of HR administration including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits management, and staff development.
  • Lead and execute HR programs while pinpointing areas for enhancement and integrating best practices.
  • Develop departmental objectives and strategies, guiding performance evaluations and employee engagement.
  • Manage recruitment and hiring processes to attract exceptional talent and refine the onboarding experience.
  • Act as a principal interviewer for management and executive roles.
  • Collaborate with leadership to effectively communicate and uphold HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment that boosts employee morale and motivation.
  • Head benefits administration, including managing open enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Provide training and mentorship to managers on effective communication, feedback, and leadership skills.
  • Conduct necessary investigations to address employee concerns fairly and ethically.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters.

Required Skills

  • In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and federal employment regulations.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Experience in advising and mentoring managers on employee development and performance management.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in a remote or hybrid work setting is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Comprehensive HR generalist experience with a strong emphasis on ethics, customer service, and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement HR initiatives that yield positive change within an organization.
