- Direct and support a team of CPAP specialists, complex care coordinators, and respiratory therapists.
- Manage daily operations to uphold exemplary patient care and compliance with professional standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and train team members, fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
- Provide compassionate care to patients with complex respiratory needs, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with management to uphold high clinical standards and enhance patient experiences.
- Partner with the Quality and Safety Manager to identify and address patient safety concerns and drive improvements.
- Spearhead the growth of the CPAP program, developing services and enhancing patient support.
- Analyze referral trends to pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancements.
- Create educational resources to empower patients and their families in managing their respiratory care.
- Assist in budget development and monitor expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
- Track team productivity and ensure program objectives are met.
- Provide insight on staffing needs and resource distribution to ensure program effectiveness.
- Communicate program updates and key insights to staff and leadership.
- Maintain transparent communication across teams to align objectives and address challenges effectively.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a strong dedication to patient care.
- Proven leadership and management experience in clinical or homecare environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with a passion for mentoring.
- In-depth knowledge of CPAP programs and respiratory care standards (NBRC, AARC, The Joint Commission).
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Licensed RRT is mandatory.
- Minimum of five years of respiratory care experience is essential.
