Key Responsibilities
- Drive the ideation, design, presentation, and rollout of innovative retail experiences that resonate with our brand narrative.
- Investigate and propose new technologies, vendor partnerships, and design innovations to elevate consumer experiences.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders to translate creative visions into reality while managing detailed complexities.
- Act as the primary liaison for visual merchandising, fostering collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and retailers to ensure the timely execution of strategies.
- Develop best practices and impactful design solutions tailored to the Americas while adapting global brand guidelines where necessary.
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality and consistency across all visual merchandising efforts.
- Manage the visual merchandising budget for the Americas, ensuring precise reporting and tracking.
- Coordinate projects that encompass annual planning, budget execution, new product launches across all stores, and merchandising strategies for in-store point-of-sale displays.
- Conduct monthly assessments and reporting of visual merchandising productivity, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Process and track vendor purchase orders for payment.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within the makeup industry is required.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3D Max) is a plus.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Highly organized and proactive with the proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong financial management skills, capable of overseeing budgets and identifying cost efficiencies.
- Understanding of production processes for physical projects, including materials, manufacturing, and installation.
- Familiarity with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to innovate and challenge traditional practices within visual merchandising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical-thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to maintain detailed project plans and track tasks across multiple initiatives.
